The University of Kentucky Women’s Tennis team will head into conference play this weekend after one of their best starts in program history. The Cats are now 10-2 after a 4-0 victory over Kansas in their previous match.
Wildcat doubles partners, CeCe Witten and Caitlin McGraw, will look to continue their 7-0 win streak against the Tigers. The Tigers (7-2)  come into the match on a bit of a roll themselves. Winning three matches in a row, and sitting at 7-2 heading into this weekends match, LSU comes in looking for a strong performance on the road. Their only two losses have come on the road at Miami and Florida State.
The last time Kentucky faced LSU, the Cats fell 4-3 in the first round of the SEC Tournament. The match is slated to begin Friday, February 28, at the Hillary J. Boone Tennis Center. It is scheduled to start at 11 a.m. A live stream will be available at UKAthletics.com
