Charity Fashion Show

By: Lauren Allen
Laura Kirkpatrick, America’s Next Top Model runner up, is hosting her fifth annual Charity fashion show Saturday night. This show will featureĀ 15 unique designers and over 120 models, most based right here in Kentucky.
Everyone involved will be there as a volunteer, including hair stylists, makeup artists and photographers.
Kirkpatrick says, “I am so thankful for all of the people donating their time.”
This allows for even more money to be donated to the charities involved in the show.
The Beautiful Minds is the charity that Kirkpatrick started after participating in America’s Next Top Model where she shared her struggle with dyslexia with the world.
The Hope Center and Central Kentucky Regional Humane Society are the other two charities being supported through the show’s proceeds.
Donations of pet food, hygiene products, flip flops, used coats and blankets are also greatly appreciated.
Doors open at 7 p.m. at the Lexington Black Box Theater. General admission tickers are $20 and can be purchased at the door or using the link below.
